BREW INSTRUCTIONS

☕️ Hot Infusion: Use 1-3 tsp per 8 oz of hot water. Steep for 5-30 minutes. Longer steep = more intense flavors and benefits.

❄️ Cold Infusion: Add 1 Tbsp of tea to 8 oz of water in a jar and cover. Place in the fridge for 8+ hours. Warm it up if you prefer before drinking.

🔥 Decoction: Add 2 tablespoons of tea and 2 cups of water to a small pot. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 10-20 minutes. This method extracts more of the herbal properties, providing a more potent brew.

Whichever method you go with, strain when done steeping, add a little honey, lemon squeeze, and/or milk if you'd like, and enjoy!

❓ How big are the bags and how long will they last?

I offer two sizes:

🫖 2 oz bag – about 28 tablespoons of loose leaf tea, which makes roughly 25–45 cups depending how much you use per cup. This size usually lasts 4 weeks if you’re drinking a cup daily.

🫖 ½ oz bag – about 7 tablespoons, enough for 7-15 cups, or about a week's worth. Perfect as a sampler to see if you like the blend.

For the best flavor and potency, enjoy within 6 months and store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
