HOW TO USE IT

🌡 Step 1: Take your temperature

When you first wake up (ideally before getting out of bed), use a digital oral thermometer. Place it under your tongue, keep your mouth closed for 60 seconds, and record your basal body temperature (BBT) in the tracker.

❤️ Step 2: Take your pulse

Use an oximeter or place two fingers on your wrist or neck to find your pulse. Count beats for 60 seconds (or 30 seconds and double it). Write down your resting heart rate in the tracker.

Repeat in the afternoon and evening if you’d like to see how your numbers fluctuate throughout the day. (Optional, but helpful for spotting patterns.)

WHAT TO LOOK FOR

Healthy metabolism ranges:

🌡 Morning Temp: 97.8–98.2°F (36.6–36.8°C)

❤️ Resting Pulse: 75–85 bpm
