Feeling stressed, tense, or just plain overwhelmed? Be Still herbal tea is like a deep breath in a cup. This calming blend is crafted with organic nervines, calming florals, and nourishing herbs to help quiet racing thoughts, ease tightness in your body, respond to stress appropriately, and support your nervous system, without leaving you drowsy.

Most store-bought teas in bags sit on shelves for months and lose their freshness. My tea is loose leaf, with larger pieces of herbs that keep their flavor and nutrients longer. The larger pieces of herbs have less surface area exposed to air, so they're less oxidized and maintain the benefits and potency of each ingredient.

Every batch is hand-blended in small amounts using only the best herbs. 100% organic, ethically sourced, and never sitting on Amazon shelves for months or even years. No additives, no chemicals. Just pure nourishment to help your body cope with stress naturally.

It’s the perfect tea for busy days, anxious moments, or anytime you need a break. Think of it as your new go-to when you need to bring a little peace into your day.

FAQs:

❓How do I know this tea works for stress?

A: It’s made with calming nervine herbs like lemon balm, chamomile, linden, and lavender, plus mineral-rich herbs like nettle and oatstraw. Together, they relax your nervous system, nourish your body with key nutrients, and help your body feel calmer and more balanced.

❓Can I drink it every day?

A. Absolutely! This blend is gentle enough for daily use and actually works best when you make it part of your regular routine. The more consistently you drink it, the more your body absorbs its minerals and calming compounds. Over time, it helps you build more resilience to stress.

❓Will it make me sleepy?

A. No. This blend is carefully crafted to help you feel calm and balanced without making you sedated. It’s perfect for reducing stress, quieting your mind, and helping you feel more centered during the day. If you’re looking for a tea specifically to help you relax before bed and fall asleep, check out my Sleep Tight tea, which is formulated with more sedative herbs.

❓Can I drink this tea if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

A: Always check with your doctor before drinking any herbal teas while pregnant or nursing. While the herbs in this blend are generally regarded as safe, every person is unique.

❓How does the tea taste?

A: Light and calming. You’ll notice soft floral notes from chamomile, lavender, and rose, earthy grounding from nettle and oatstraw, fresh lemon taste from lemon balm, a hint of sweetness from the holy basil and linden, and a touch of spice form the ginger. It really is a beautiful tasting blend! Add a little honey and milk if you want for more sweet flavor!

❓ How big are the bags and how long will they last?

I offer two sizes:

🫖 2 oz bag – about 28 tablespoons of loose leaf tea, which makes roughly 25–45 cups depending how much you use per cup. This size usually lasts 4 weeks if you’re drinking a cup daily.

🫖 ½ oz bag – about 7 tablespoons, enough for 7-15 cups, or about a week's worth. Perfect as a sampler to see if you like the blend.

For the best flavor and potency, enjoy within 6 months and store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
